IMX490 is Sony’s 1/1.55‑type back‑illuminated stacked automotive CMOS image sensor with 5.4MP effective pixels. It delivers simultaneous HDR and LED flicker mitigation, achieving 120 dB dynamic range (up to 140 dB in DR‑prioritized mode) with motion‑artifact reduction. Featuring 3.0 μm high‑sensitivity pixels, AEC‑Q100 Grade 2 and ISO 26262 ASIL‑D compliance, it supports 2/4‑lane MIPI CSI‑2 output. Designed for ADAS and autonomous driving cameras, packaged in 124‑pin plastic BGA.
