The IMX283CQJ is Sony's Type-1 (1-inch) color CMOS image sensor with approx. 20.30 M effective pixels and 2.4 μm square pixels. It supports 9/10/12-bit digital output via MIPI CSI-2, multiple binning/subsampling read-out modes with variable frame rates up to 452 fps. Featuring high sensitivity, low dark-current, on-chip CDS/PGA and electronic shutter, this sensor is intended only for consumer digital still cameras and consumer camcorders. It comes in a 118-pin ceramic LGA package.
